RESPONSIBILITIES:


????????? Source, screen and interview professionals


????????? Build a pipeline of candidates and match profiles to open job opportunities with Russell Tobin clientele


????????? Research and locate active/passive job seekers via cold calling, company targeting, referral pipelines, candidate leads, internal Russell Tobin ATS/CRM platforms & website portals, job postings, skill targeting, job boards and LinkedIn


????????? Research and market Russell Tobin services to potential clients via cold-calling, job leads, ad calls, email campaigns, client visits, client presentations, skill marketing and distribution lists


????????? Cross sell all Russell Tobin and Pride Global services


????????? Conduct formal candidate interviews via face to face meetings, phone calls and Skype/Facetime conferences


????????? Conduct formal client meetings/presentations onsite with clients


????????? Document and log all recruitment and sales activity in Bullhorn, Sales Force and other relevant internal systems


????????? Assist candidates with career advice, market intel, resume reformatting, job matching, interview prepping, salary negotiations, offer letter acceptance/decline, counter offer intelligence, interview schedules, client research, etc.


QUALIFICATIONS:


??????????Bachelor?s Degree


??????????1-3 years' experience in sales or recruiting


??????????Outstanding verbal and written communication skills


??????????Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders


??????????Familiarity with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Bullhorn ATS a plus


??????????Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively


??????????Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment and adapt to changes in procedures, policies and practices


??????????Ability to work well in an open team environment
