PRO Unlimited is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our Global HR Solutions team as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the US HR operations. This unique opportunity acts in a dual capacity within our organization, supporting both staff and customer-facing HR initiatives.

The HRBP position acts as the primary HR contact for our business in various and is responsible for aligning business objectives with talent strategies. Formulating partnerships with designated business leaders, this position will act as a thought leader and consultative trusted advisor, providing strategic and tactical HR support for both staff and customer-facing contingent worker populations.

Key Responsibilities
-Collaborates closely with business leaders to develop, plan and implement talent strategies that are proactive, scalable, sustainable and meet the needs of our customers and the business
-Ensure and maintain compliance with local statutory employment, benefit, tax requirement and provide consistency and equity in the management of HR needs across the US.
-Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal as needed/required.
-Coaches managers through impactful performance development of staff to create high performing teams (i.e. coaching, career development, progressive discipline)
-Manages complex employee relations issues for staff population and partners with business leaders on executing solutions (i.e. workplace investigations, leave management, staff training needs, conflict management, team building, retention, leadership development)
-Acts as an escalation for our Client Services staff in the effective and compliant resolution of customer-facing HR-related needs for our customers contingent worker population (i.e. employee relations, wage and hour, leave management, policy administration, etc.)
-Acts as a subject-matter expert on the interpretation and application of organizational policies and labor laws and regulations for internal teams; when needed, partners with cross-functional teams to deliver creative and compliant solutions.
-Provide guidance and input on department restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
-Participate in evaluation and monitoring of HR training programs to ensure success and follow-up to ensure that training objectives are met.

Analytics
-Conducts research and consistently develops and enforces HR procedures and policies
-Analyzes and reports on KPI and trends related to human capital in the business and uses findings to develop strategies and solutions to issues that affect the business operations
-May assist with international employees and HR related matter, in partnership with Global HRBP

Qualifications
-Minimum of 7-10 years experience working as an HRBP in a dynamic fast-growing consultant/technology business with proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced & hands-on environment.
-B.A./B.S. required
-Must be results-oriented with a strong customer service orientation
-Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural organization and a demonstrated ability to harmonize processes, policies, programs, and HR best practices
-Good understanding of statutory requirements across multiple states
-Able to act flexible and agile in diverse and cross-functional settings and environments
-Able to frame HR concepts and strategies in a business context utilizing strong business acumen
-Able to build and sustain strong collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization to effectively influence decision-making, utilizing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
-Able to quickly and methodically resolve complex and sometimes ambiguous issues by determining root cause, developing solutions, and facilitating execution of the best solution
-Able to work autonomously as a strong independent critical thinker and decision-maker
-Able to stay motivated and organized while managing multiple projects
-Strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and develop others
