Qualifications- Education Work Experience
An Agile Scrum Coach with a deep understandingof agile principles and the experience to take a pragmatic view. This role isdirectly accountable for implementing agile practices in the company'sportfolio through hands on mentoring of development teams. Success is measuredby an evidenced transition which results in the benefits typically seen throughAgile being demonstrated.
Need to have 6 years of Agile Coachingexperience (prefer someone who is at the experienced consultant level)/servedas a Guru/subject matter expert).
Communication skills must be top notch.
Candidate will be working with in housebusiness users internationally, so prior international experience is a hugeplus
Some travel will be required (Travel to NYC (80Pine, 175 Water) 60% or 40% NJ/NY), off hour conference calls will occasionallybe required.
Candidate will be changing the culture of theorganization, must be prepared to have some push back.
Working with C level executives/ CEO, COO, CIOis a must
Need to have 3-5 years in a large scaleEnterprise Environment
Someone who knows SAFe Scaled AgileFramework.
Excellent coaching personality - REQUIRED.
Someone who has certifications in SAFe, ScrumMaster, Scrum Coach, Scrum Product Owner, Rally. Any certifications in theAgile or Scrum arena is greatly preferred!
