Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge levels of, and success in roles preferably within a global professional services firm or comparable large enterprise within the private sector involving, the oversight of staff, initiatives and related activities within an Ethics and Compliance Program Management Office, which include the following areas:. Project Management: Leading the oversight in conceptual, planning, analysis and implementation phases of projects; Maintaining project-tracking metrics, and providing the appropriate report out; managing the portfolio of project that support the Ethics and Compliance organization;. Budget support and maintenance of program metrics to support compliance strategies, conducting related analytics and other initiatives, as needed;. Product management, including the integration of communications and training solutions; and,. Championing the evolution of existing programs to meet more fully to meet Firm needs, including participating in the planning of new Compliance programs.. Demonstrates proven intimate abilities and success in roles partnering with an Ethics and Compliance function within a global professional services firm or comparable large enterprise within the private sector to build and execute project portfolios that supports and drives the overall strategic plan of E&C and its Partners, which include the following areas: - Managing the Compliance Lifecycle re-architecture of existing stand-alone applications into an integrated platform;. Developing and sustaining extensive relationships using networking, negotiation, influence and persuasion skills with senior leadership, i.e. C-Suite and one level down, to drive acceptance and support for E&C strategic initiatives and related programs;. Lead project requests and resource management across all E&C functions to provide for strategic alignment against staffing needs and overall E&C initiatives, emphasizing functions involving E&C-related communications and education;. Interfacing significantly with the US Information Technology Solution Director and Solution Manager on the identification of Ethics and Compliance technology opportunities and the coordination of Ethics and Compliance resources across Ethics and Compliance IT projects;. Establishing direction and motivating members, as well as creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and encouraging improvement and innovation; and,. Leading team functional areas, supervising junior team staff members, and taking ownership of projects..
