he Senior Technical Delivery Manager HR Systems will serve as a key role on several critical transformational efforts embedded in Regeneron s ERP and HR Systems program. As the manager of this space you will lead an effort to migrate our Oracle EBS R12 solution to Workday HCM. In addition you will serve as the solution architecture and as a subject matter expert as it relates to integrated systems such as Oracle Projects, benefits, and all other key HR data management and integration strategies. In this role you will collaborate with Payroll and HR functions to insure the technology solutions meet business expectations.

Accountable for build-out of new HR business applications and major enhancements, replacing legacy systems with Workday and other new solutions. Scope of functional responsibilities covers all major HR Functions: Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, L&OD, Performance Management, Compensation, .
Responsible for design and implementation of HR System applications in the technology roadmap and aligning with programs key stakeholders.
Aligns delivery to HR and Payroll/Time business priorities as defined by the IT Business Relationship Manager.
Responsible for managing direct/indirect reports including consultants and external technical delivery team members to meet business requirements and deadlines. Act as technical lead for large HR System initiatives.
Responsible for functional and technical solution design, delivery and architecture. Will hold delivery resources accountable to development, configuration, and change control standards in compliance with Regeneron IT policies and procedures.
Accountable for thoughtful, compliant, and cost-effective design and build of applications, integrations, and customizations.
Responsible and accountable for documentation of solution architecture, requirements, gap analysis, functional/technical design, data mapping, process flows and configurations.
Develop standard project documentation, work across organizations to develop estimates, segregate a project into phases/steps/tasks, and own the technical delivery execution for sub-projects within higher level programs.
Responsible for change management, issue/bug mitigation and problem management for HR Solutions during project design, build and implementation phases.
Supports and adheres to Regeneron Information Technology policies, processes, and best practices.
Support Time Management, Payroll and HR strategic planning process as defined and executed by IT Business Relationship Managers.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, Change management, Accounting and Payroll standards & policies.
Ensure HRIS processes align with company policies and processes as established by the HR Business Partners and in compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Facilitate joint planning, application and functional design sessions to support systems and ensure cross team alignment
Proactively identify data issues and collaborate with end-users to mitigate the risks by establishing data rationalization and streamlined workflow strategies.
Analyze findings to develop an end-to end solution, applying business process re-engineering with use of new systems or enhancements to existing applications.
BS/BA Degree with 10+ years relevant experience or MS in business discipline or MBA with 7-10 years.
Strong relationship-building, strategic partnering, interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
Strong business acumen in Human Resources, Payroll and Time Management processes and functions required
Proficient problem solving skills
Good scope management, portfolio and project management skills
Politically savvy and strong soft skills
Ability to influence and manage cross-functional team in a matrix organization
Ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines

Specific Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management Cloud applications required
o Experience with at least two major Workday implementations preferred
Strong background in architecting solutions in a hybrid (cloud and on-prem) environment required
Experience in Biotech Industry is strongly preferred
Exposure to Service Now incident and problem management team is preferred
Knowledgeable of regulatory requirements related to public life sciences companies (21 CFR Part 11, SOX, HIPAA, etc.) is strongly preferred
Experience in managing stakeholder expectation
Good communication skills and strong presentation skills
Engage with business leaders, recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation
Proficient in use of MS Office Suite including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook
Prior experience with PPM (Project & Portfolio Mgmt.) software
Knowledge of PLC (Program & Project Lifecycles Management), SDLC (Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite Payroll and OTL applications
Knowledge and past experience with Oracle HCM Applications is a plus
Software Development Life Cycle), ITIL processes is essential
