The Talent Pipeline Development Partner will work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition teams and business leaders to build prioritized talent communities to enable the proactive hiring of world-class talent for a variety of roles at Regeneron. The ideal candidate will have notable experience in developing and executing direct sourcing and talent pipelining plans using innovative and proactive search techniques, be fully versed in various forms of candidate assessment, and demonstrate a high level of proficiency with relevant technology platforms. This is an opportunity to help transform Regeneron's approach to talent acquisition as an initial member of the talent pipeline team.

As a Talent Pipeline Development Partner, a typical day might include the following:

Creation of local, regional and national (and potentially global) sourcing and recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources and developing new, creative talent research and pipelining approaches

Partnering with talent acquisition and business leaders to deeply understand technical and functional requirements, key competencies, and cultural fit to determine effective ways to build talent pipelines for critical teams and roles

Establishing talent pipelines through referral generation, leveraging external professional networks and alternative search techniques to target, attract, and develop talent prospects

Conducting positive and engaging networking calls with passive and active candidates to present current and future opportunities for consideration

Performing structured interviews and assessments to accurately assess skills, competencies and fit within the Regeneron culture, and promote the opportunity

Building talent communities and outreach campaigns to actively engage talent over time

Reporting out on progress and established metrics and recommending changes in approach supported by the data

This role might be for you if:

You are passionate about the "hunt" for top talent and always find yourself gravitating toward the research, sourcing and pipelining aspects of talent acquisition

You are fully comfortable with direct networking and talent engagement via phone as well as through online platforms

You no longer want to be bound by requisitions but instead wish to focus on building critical talent pools and developing talent communities to address the ongoing and critical needs of the organization

You can operate effectively in a "start-up" model, as this is a completely new team and focus for the organization

You are at ease with an abundance of detail and complexity, yet mindful of the big picture and able to align your efforts within the framework of a broader talent acquisition strategy

You have the innate ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives, prioritize them and execute them independently, while excelling at keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and proven and progressive Talent Pipelining/Talent Sourcing/Talent Research/ Talent Acquisition experience. Preferably with eight or more years of relevant background, which will greatly aid your successful transition onto the team and quicken your pace to productivity. Previous knowledge of the biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare or a related industry is also strongly preferred for the same reason. You must be adept at using a variety of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, etc.) to both source and organize talent pools (internet sourcing, direct recruiting, and networking methods). Previous talent identification and/or research experience within a recruitment agency and/or executive search firm is strongly preferred. A high level of proficiency with competency and behavior-based interviewing models and assessment is also required. Must be open to some travel locally, regionally and nationally to represent Regeneron as needed and for internal meetings. Willing to consider fully remote/work from home arrangements.
