This position is in Research Program Management within Therapeutic Focus Areas in Tarrytown, NY. Research (RPM) align and integrate cross functional technologies, innovations and platforms. One of the growing key technologies in the company are antibody drug conjugates. The intern will update existing databases and perform competitive intelligence/landscape analysis and others tasks depending on experiences and background to support the management of the novel antibody drug conjugate projects. This will require the summer intern to interact with key stakeholders to determine characteristics to be tracked and receive feedback throughout design and implementation, while learning about the antibody drug conjugation process.

Must be rising Junior or Master's/PhD student

Must be pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, MBA or related discipline

Desired technical skills include, but are not limited to, basic knowledge of project management techniques and concepts as they apply to the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Strong scientific knowledge and ability to learn on the fly. Demonstrates excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members with tact and diplomacy.

General Intern Program Information:

Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PhD or PharmD

Summer Program is full-time (~40 hrs/wk) for at least 10 weeks and is paid

Prefer demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports or the community

Minimum GPA of 3.0

You will work with a specific manager on a project(s)

Enjoy weekly 1 hour Intern Program events: learn about other areas of the company from VPs and other employees, soft skills workshops, networking, volunteering, and more!

Transportation and Housing:

Housing stipend available for those students who meet mileage requirements
