Rockstar Games is seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Coordinator to join the Creative Department at our NoHo, NYC office.

We are looking for a creative, motivated, proactive, and dedicated individual who will fit in with our highly collaborative creative team. The ideal candidate will be used to working on multiple projects in a very busy, exciting environment. This role will support a range of projects that will include digital and print campaigns, merchandising and in-space events. A meticulous attention to detail is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage priorities between departments and provide status updates.
* Track progress with complete understanding of project requirements and expectations.
* Ensure work meets project deadlines.
* Provide support to production team.
* Uphold creative vision and high-quality standards across all print and digital pieces.

QUALIFICATIONS

* BA/BS degree in a design/management related field.
* 2-3 years project management experience in a creative studio environment.

SKILLS

* Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Must be detail-oriented, pro-active and highly organized.
* Ability to multi-task and track projects of varying complexities.
* Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
* JIRA or similar Product Management software.
* Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.

DESIRED

* File production in print and digital space.
* Familiarity with digital and print development processes and practices.
