Roivant CxO in Residence Program ?

As we continue to grow and scale the business, building our executive pipeline is mission critical. The CxO in Residence Program is designed to deepen strategic thinking, decision making and leadership skills, advance organizational and industry knowledge, expand networks and elevate executive presence. ?Participants will be placed throughout the business based on either an urgent business need or in areas that will push them substantively closer to being ?executive-ready?.

As a member of the CxO, you will be serving as a leader and advocate of the organization. You will be responsible for developing corporate strategy, improving operational processes, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, creative, and hands-on, as well as a versatile thought leader with a healthy appetite for risk who can innovatively channel concepts into concrete strategies and execute against them.

Your Background:

  • Proven experience independently leading organizations

  • Track record of making difficult business decisions (e.g. Pivoting strategy, leading in financial hardship)

  • Ability to engage across multiple domains of a business essential for a start-up CEO

  • Ideally, experience across organizations of different size, including start-up experience

  • Proven experience building, mentoring, motivating, and leading high performing teams and attracting and retaining top talent

  • Experience actively shaping an organization?s culture, mission, and values

  • MD, PhD, MBA (or similar advanced degree) from a top tier university

  • 10+ years of professional work experience
