Saxon Global is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing team in the DFW area.
The Account Manager Technology Staffing is responsible for consistently generating and increasing revenues through the placement of direct and contingency staffing of Information Technology resources according to client requests. Identify and secure additional business opportunities with existing and new client base. Generate leads through research, networking, prospecting and cold calling. Professionally represent company in order to maintain a positive image in the community at large.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Manage entire new business development pipeline from cold call through close
Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients
Qualify prospect regarding staffing need, budgets, timeframes, contract hiring history and decision-making process
Plan/coordinate events as needed to attract and establish new clients
Assist in building a client base of qualified leads. Maintain minimum performance standards and increase pipeline for IT staffing
Place outbound calls to solicit sales, pursuing both target and cold accounts
Provide customer service and relevant industry knowledge to current consultants and clients
Generate sales leads, cold-call prospective clients and set client meetings
Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning
Prepare and deliver effective proposals to clients
Partner with assigned recruiter(s) to effectively manage pipeline, activity and goals
Coordinate with recruiting team to pursue sales leads
Maintain records of all calls made and status in applicant tracking system
Ideal Account Manager has the following:
Bachelor s degree or relevant work experience (professional/internship experience in recruiting, sales, marketing or customer service)
Skilled communicator (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills
Goal-driven & Customer-focused
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
1-3 years selling/ recruiting in the Information Technology consulting services sector highly preferred
General knowledge of information technology
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with prospective clients
