Scott's Tree is looking for an Operations Manager that will report and work directly with the owner on managing and maintaining the business throughout the year. Including being available in the winter for plowing during snow events. Includes health benefits, paid vacations and bonuses, with a salary of around $65,000. Responsibilities

• Be able to manage crews for daily operations
• Oversee the efficiency and quality of jobs crews will be performing each day
• Manage the maintenance and repairs of all trucks and equipment
• Work with the owner on the job materials
• Be able to train and work with employees

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the landscaping industry)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Reliability
