Job Title:Senior Project Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports To: Vice President of Senior Management
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) position requires full-time travel and has the primary responsibilities of leading the implementation process of new ScribeAmerica contracts and managing existing ScribeAmerica client contracts. The SPM draws on significant experience in the medical scribe industry to ensure high quality ScribeAmerica client contracts. The Senior Project Manager is a member of the ScribeAmerica Management Team and has a direct impact on the management and policy priorities of ScribeAmerica .
The SPM travels and remains on location during the entire implementation process unless assigned elsewhere by the company. During an implementation, the SPM is responsible for timely and successful setup of our services according to client needs, objectives, and contract specifications. The SPM partners with the client to optimize scribe utilization and workflow. Working in conjunction with his/her assigned manager, the SPM will troubleshoot any operational issues, delays, or concerns. On some occasions, the SPM may be expected to handle several implementations simultaneously. The SPM will also manage and lead Project Managers (PM) and/or Project Managers Temporary (PMT) during the implementation phase.
The SPM is also responsible for the ongoing management and maintenance of existing ScribeAmerica client contracts, as well as monitoring and addressing the ongoing needs of those respective clients. These existing client contracts may be those that the SPM either implemented or inherited.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and objectives
Develop timelines and weekly status updates of projects
Operate as the client s main point of contact for all matters during the implementation and maintains a strong relationship with the client for the life of the ScribeAmerica client contract
Communicate with the facility human resources, IT, and other facility liaisons to coordinate compliance and develop a detailed pre-employment process.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving any operational matters during or after the implementation phase (e.g. implementation delays)
Assist with client-related requests or issues (escalate as needed)
Attend client meetings as needed or requested, either in person or via phone
Continually manage and remain accountable for all operational matters the for the life of the ScribeAmerica client contract
Conduct an in-depth monthly review of each site to ensure stability and excellence at each ScribeAmerica client contract
Ensure each assigned ScribeAmerica client contract remains in good standing including but not limited to confirming:
client goals are being met
full coverage of shifts and adequate staffing
timecards errors are corrected
scribe compliance with facility-specific requirements and ScribeAmerica policies and procedures
high standards of quality
Operate as senior managerial support for any employees at assigned ScribeAmerica client contracts
Train and supervise the local Chief Scribe (CS)
Conduct daily calls with JPLs to ensure seamless and timely implementation progress
Clearly communicate the progress and/or health of ScribeAmerica client contracts to the Senior Management Team (SMT)
Actively participate in the development of operational strategies and company-wide best practices
Required Education and Experience
This position requires a college degree or the equivalent

Extensive knowledge of the intricacies of provider documentation
Thorough understanding of medical facility workflow, efficiency management, and nuances of medical documentation.
Successfully completed a high quality implementation of ScribeAmerica client contract.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days vary Monday through Sunday depending on the facility contract and scribe hours needed.
Frequent travel between facilities is expected in this role. Travel will be determined by the needs of the company.
