We are recruiting for the following position:

Position Summary:

Full-time Front Office Dental Supervisor available for our Seattle Dental Clinic. The main function is to supervise the receptionists, coordinate patient flow and coordinate patient schedules. In addition, must be able to participate in the training process of new employees and be knowledgeable of procedures used. Participates in Quality Improvement and assists the Dental Supervisor in other necessary meetings. Knowledge of Dentrix (the current program used) desirable.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skill and at least two years ambulatory front office experience.
  • Must demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written skills.
  • Must be of good character and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Must have completed basic courses in office management and be knowledgeable of the duties and responsibilities of the front desk staff.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and experience working with culturally and economically diverse communities.
  • Must have the ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and be able to meet the physical, mental, emotional, and social needs of the population served.
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish is required for this position.
