Sharecare and Oz Digital are looking to hire a Director of Editorial Operations in our New York office. Reporting to the SVP/GM, this role will oversee all processes and product rollouts across all platforms, including the Dr. Oz show. If you're highly organized, efficient, proficient in multiple software tools, have editorial experience (ideally in health) and eager to lead collaborative communication between multiple stakeholders, this is the right role for you.. Essential Functions:. Manage deadlines, deliverables, and communications within the Oz Digital group; collaborate with a team of content producers (editorial, video and graphic design). Create and oversee cross-functional processes and procedures that ensure successful project launches and processes; streamlines internal systems such as Jira, Asana, etc.. Partner with video, ad ops, and editorial to ensure meta data is correct for all content, catalogued, and streamlined to support syndication initiatives. Synchronize cross-brand inventory with group initiatives and projects to identify opportunities to promote what's timely and resolve content gaps. Serve as bridge between Oz/SC edit and SC accounts to keep stakeholders informed when content is surfaced and promoted to bolster branded and partner content partnerships. Help manage the relationships/renewals of platform/service providers we use on the site (survey monkey, survey gizmo, salesforce, etc.). Top edit site and social content as needed. Track site analytics and engagement; produces reports and recommendations. Responsible for coordinating, synchronizing, and disseminating calendars and schedules across the editorial, social, television, ad ops and digital video teams. Identify opportunities for collaboration and redundancies to avoid. Collaborate with editorial and video teams to brainstorm content and product. Lead team-wide planning meetings when necessary.. Serve as the liaison between Sharecare tech/production and Oz Digital; manages roadmap. Partner with ad ops to ensure tagging and campaigns are on track (dotted line reports to support these initiatives). Oversee customer support on the site. Work with customer support specialist to provide solutions to site inquires.. Manage team of associate coordinators. Qualifications:. 5-7 years digital media management and production in both editorial and branded content. Generally requires a Bachelor's Degree. Solid experience with subject matter (health, wellness, food). Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.
