RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitoring / ordering raw and process materials ensure materials are ordered and On Hand (O/H) in a timely manner, ensuring established safety stock levels are maintained.
Material allocation ensure raw materials / components are assigned to the appropriate jobs when needed for the production line.
Inventory maintenance ensure appropriate labelling, storage, and handling of all materials. Complete ERP transactions
Outside service(s) coordination.
Coordinate with outside service vendors ensuring proper service(s) is being completed and delivery commitments are being met and communicated.
Job initiation and scheduling add jobs to the project schedule.
Label printing / material reconciliation
Shipping / Delivery documentation
Responsible for creation of packing slip, manifests, and/or purchase orders for all products leaving the building.
May utilize material handling equipment
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIEINCE, MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 year Associates Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience Microsoft Excel and Word
