The Contracts Administrator, working with the SHI Salesforce and SHI Management, develops, negotiates, and administers contracts for resale of software, hardware, cloud solutions, and related IT Services with our Customers and Partners/Vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for working within the Contracts Team to ensure all such agreements reflect SHI s acceptable standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Aid in the preparation of Customer and Partner/Vendor forms and the administration of team alias responses Review both Customer and Partner/Vendor Agreement information requests to ensure consistency and accuracy in responses to these requests Interface between the SHI Salesforce and applicable internal departments to complete contract forms requests Final Preparation of contract documents and distribution to Customer or Partner/Vendor and applicable internal SHI department/team member(s) Manage high volume activity while maintaining response SLAs are met and escalating as required
Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required
Possesses strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment and under general supervision Detail oriented - Possesses good time management and prioritization skills Capable of determining priorities, goals and objectives of work functions assigned Excellent with multi-tasking, follow-up and execution of assignments Proven strength in meeting SLAs and high volume activity Possess a solid working knowledge of Outlook Preferred Skills: Strong writing skills Experienced with Microsoft Word (Track Changes: redline and version control) Strong reading comprehension skills Microsoft Familiarity with Excel Experience with SharePoint
