This role is responsible for development and execution of strategy, offerings, and delivery of the Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) - Services business in SHI International. This role will develop and deploy service offerings in support of SHIs sales initiatives including its portfolio of solutions utilizing SHIs internal talent and network of delivery partners. Additionally, this role will build the ESG - Services delivery team for an end-to-end customer experience. This position will work closely with the Leadership and Sales teams to ensure that ESG Services is aligned with SHI planned strategy and positively affecting outcomes.
Lead the ESG Services business for SHI International Develop a clear and executable strategy with outcome-based service offerings Develop training and certification plans based on delivery needs and vendor partner requirements Work with services, sales and product teams to align with SHI strategy for service solutions Collaborate on budgetary decisions affecting services team Full adoption of SHI SOW creation and review process Develop world-class solutions delivery team through talent acquisition, organizational structuring, and training path development Build and strengthen business relationships with customers and ESG teams Assist Sales in development of new accounts and penetrate new markets / organizations Act as the single point of contact for Sales Teams to assist them in opportunity identification and strategy execution Support Sales Teams with complex opportunities, to generate proposals and provide advice for solutions to business requirements, technical requirements and end state outcomes delivered to customers Manage the overall reporting which includes status for forecast / pipeline for ESG - Services, delivery scheduling, and customer experience Provide oversight for the scoping, scheduling, and the efficient delivery of service engagements, including initial escalation response Work closely with the Practice Leads, Solution Architects, Contractors, and Project Managers to scope, size and deliver consulting engagements Will travel as needed
Qualifications/Minimum Skills Required
Qualifications: Project Management knowledge Minimum 3 - 5 yrs Experience as a Service Delivery Manager Minimum 5 years industry experience 5+ years experience in IT Services Delivery market Required Skills: Have a comprehensive understanding of service delivery methodologies Ability to hire and create world class team with a strong, highly motivated culture Excellent organization, communication, verbal & written skills Must be results driven with a strong sense of urgency Excellent customer presentation and problem resolution skills Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Ability to adapt and learn new technologies as required Ability to take a creative approach to situations and problem solving Project Management skills Preferred Skills: Technical Pre-sales and post-sales process knowledge Project Management knowledge and certification a plus
