Editorial and content strategy: Contractor
Genpact is changing. While we're known for our ability to transform processes for complex, global organizations, we are building our profile as experts in digital transformation. We're making great strides, but need help creating content strategies that make sure our clients and prospects see us as thought leaders in the industries and areas we care about.
We're looking for a brand journalist. Someone who can help shape our stories and build content that tells the messages we want to be known for.
We build integrated campaigns using articles, case studies, research reports, blogs and social posts, and more that tell a joined-up compelling story. They must reflect the needs of our core audiences, strengthen their perception of Genpact, and encourage them to get in touch.

There's a lot to do. We hope you can help us:

Strategy and plan
o Define and evolve Genpact's editorial framework in line with business goals, and ensure it's reflected in our content plans
o Analyze and identify industry/market needs where Genpact has a story to tell based on input from the business, desktop research, and Genpact intelligence
o Work with field marketing to determine and then execute the business' thought-leadership content requirements for integrated marketing campaigns
o Build and manage the editorial calendar with a brand journalism lens in consultation with the business, marketing team, and content creators
o Lead by example as we maintain our tone of voice. Vet rewrites for accuracy, and help train the business in our style of communication

o Execute the editorial calendar with portfolio marketing, integrated marketing, and communications teams:
\" Write and/or manage thought leadership with third parties, external writers, editors, and designers
\" Design and execute research programs, telling strong from the findings that enhance our thought leadership
\" Edit contributions from the business to reflect Genpact messaging and tone of voice, whether written, video, presentations, etc
\" Create copy for integrated marketing campaigns, including copy for email communications, social media posts, adverts, event abstracts/presentations, and supporting artwork
\" Ensure compliance with brand, tone of voice, writing style, and messaging
\" Provide messaging, content, and discussion points for events
\" Repurpose existing content into new formats
\" Support sales enablement activities
Analyze and act
o Review and act on content performance data to improve future thought leadership and achieve greater engagement with our target audiences

We need you to have:
\" Excellent command of English
\" Experience in B2B communications and content marketing, and knowledge of what's driving digital transformation for businesses
\" A good understanding of finance and accounting plus one or more of the following industries: banking, risk, consumer goods, manufacturing, life sciences, or high tech, and digital transformation
\" Experience in B2B communications or brand (in-house or agency), or as a freelance writer, journalist, industry business analyst, and/or management consultant
\" An expert in writing and editing content for senior audiences using multiple sources to support a brand (interviews, research, presentations, etc)
\" Knowledge of the latest content formats. Interactive content in particular
\" The ability to work with senior stakeholders and clients, while also collaborating across the marketing team
\" Strong copywriting skills, in particular for email campaigns, webpages/landing pages, brochures and social media
\" Robust editing skills to turn content written by the business/subject matter experts into quality thought leadership
\" Experience in planning and creating content for demand generation activities, such as integrated marketing campaigns (including outbound, inbound, events, sales enablement, etc)
\" Ability to demonstrate the value and impact of content marketing/engagement
\" Skilled in storyboarding and editing visual content like videos, infographics, presentations, etc.
\" Ability to research and gather reliable data and information to use in content
\" Inquisitive, analytical (data-driven), logical, structured and self-accountable
\" Intellectually curious, creative, and market oriented
\" Collaborative and able to work in a global team
\" Strong project management and coordination skills
\" Attention to detail

And any of the below would be great too:
\" Proficient in using social and online channels for generating and promoting thought leadership, and Genpact and our SMEs
\" Knowledge of SEO and writing for SEO, paid search and social
\" Experience in engaging the salesforce to use and promote content
\" Ability to communicate effectively across cultures
Comments for Suppliers:MAX BILL RATE: $72.16

Hours: 40 hours a week Monday-Friday 9-5

Must haves:
Strategic mind and a good understanding of business.
Experience in a creative setting with examples.
English is a must with past B2B communication and content marketing experience

Interview process:
- will review new resumes within 24-48 hours of receiving them.
- 2 round interview to be expected both zoom phone/video interviews.
