Qualifications BS in Information Systems or equivalent degree/knowledge Minimum 3 years in Information Technology Current Experience with Citrix Experience in VMware 5.5 Experience in administration / configuration of HP 3PAR storage systems or San Storage/Fibre Channel SAN Experience in MS Server 2003-2012 Experience in SQL Server and Active Directory Experience with Cisco Routers/Switches Experience with Simplivity Windows Server certification and/or Network (Cisco) certification is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Strong customer service skills Possess strong analytical skills and be highly motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently Must possess a high degree of knowledge in hardware, operating systems, system and security monitoring and management, networking and possess sufficient skills to provide input on disaster recovery planning and system backup and recovery management
