Job Functions and Responsibilities: What you’ll do: •   Qualify leads by learning about the prospect's approach to hiring •   Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads •   Collaborate with our small Sales team to generate new business for the company strategically •   Follow up on a multiple of sales needs both in the lead stages as well as deeper into the sales process •   Help support the buildout of the sales process •   Work in both inbound and outbound efforts to drive the growing marketing channels You should have: •   Experience in a similar prior role •   A proven record of performance •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills •   A high standard of integrity and a strong work ethic, paired with effective prioritization and organizational skills •   An appetite for learning, with the ability to receive and implement feedback •   Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing •   Experience working with Salesforce or any other CRM (we are Hubspot) •   Your own rare talents - if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d be a phenomenal fit for this role in your cover letter •   A self starter, our model is not fully established so you will need to play a part in building our offering We offer: •   The opportunity to be a key player at an expanding company •   Base salary and commission compensation •   Healthcare coverage including dental and vision Sterlington (www.sterlington.net) is a growing innovative PE/family office/finance industry boutique law firm based in NYC. Our employees all work as part of cohesive and integrated teams but in a distributed physical environment (from home offices with flexible hours).
