We are seeking a Field Service Representative experienced in the maintenance and repair of high technology, high production machinery. The position does require extensive travel to customers locations throughout the week.
Install and service automated industrial machinery represented by our company
Assist our customers in the resolution of problems they encounter
Identify and correct hardware failures, software discrepancies, or programming problems
Instruct on proper use regarding applications, operation and maintenance
Provide telephone consultation for customers and Stiles personnel with problems on our equipment
Recommend corrective action and troubleshooting approaches
Assist in training other Stiles Field Service Representatives and the customers in the use, operation, adjustments, and proper maintenance procedures for our equipment.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Mechanical, electrical/electronics skills with industrial/capital equipment
Experience with computers, pneumatic and hydraulics
Drive systems, PLC, programming logic
Knowledge and experience with KEB, Indramat, STOBER and/or FANUC
Experience in the woodworking industry a plus
