Part Time Merchandiser
SRS, service for a variety of clients one is Tractor Supply- Lowes - Home depot -Menards - Office Depot. Some of these projects are weekly ,bi monthly or monthly. Pay varies depending on the project some projects pay hourly and others are flat rated.
Currently available, 5-25 hours per month. Flexible Mon- Friday daytime hours, Great add on & can easily be worked in with other work commitments. Most of these are ongoing projects that run either weekly or bi monthly or monthly. Some project have multiple task. Such as Tractor Supply we do Book- Magazine - Sony DVD, some stores have all 3 and others might have 2.
Every project has a different pay rate and some projects pay hourly and others pay flat rate.
Pay is every two weeks - if hired you will be provided with a payroll calendar.

Our team of merchandisers assists the consumer-packaged goods industry by providing services to complete merchandising projects in virtually all retail outlets including grocery, mass, drug, convenience, and specialty. SRS Merchandisers are responsible for representing SRS and our Clients through store coverage and executing sales and merchandising objectives as set forth by their District Manager to achieve superior in-store sales results in an assigned territory.
**This is a Part Time Employee position.
The SRS Merchandiser is responsible to have their own smart device for reporting.
Meets client expectations regarding sales and call coverage and productivity in assigned territory.
Assists District Manager on retail initiatives (new product introductions, resets, etc.) as assigned.
Deliver 100% coverage every reporting cycle of assigned territory according to client frequency plans.
Reports accurate information into SRS s reporting platforms (app) and is transmitted on a daily basis.
Answer all survey questions as required by clients and report any issues via store comments section of report.
Effectively communicate client information to store personnel. Communicate to District Manager when not met and provide feedback.
Achieve new item and existing item placement according to client speed to shelf guidelines.
Maintains full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts per plan-o-gram.
Rotates stock, clean and stock display and price merchandise as directed.
Performs such duties as checking date codes, ensuring adherence to approved plan-o-gram.
Reports observations to District Manager regarding outdated product, unbalanced stock, out-of-stock situations and point of purchase requirements. (to include competitive products).
Educate store personnel on existing & new products as directed.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma / GED
Prior merchandising or retail experience (to include Retail Sales) preferred, but not required.
Must be able to lift to 30 pounds.
Must have a valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
Must have good vision and be able to operate a personal smart device, calculator, fax machine, telephone, copier, hammer, screwdriver and case cutter.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.

Outstanding communicator must be able to communicate with everyone from the customer to internal SRS employees especially the District Manager
