**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
This critical role will partner with talent acquisition leaders, business leaders and HR leaders globally, to develop, lead, and execute a creative and outcome driven diversity recruiting strategy that supports Stryker's focus on creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive culture. + Lead the development of an insights-driven, innovative strategic global plan for diversity recruitment.
+ Operationalize that strategy by influencing and inspiring our global organization of 37,000 employees.
+ Act as a change agent to drive talent D&I initiatives at a strategic level through strong partnerships across the organization, including HR, business leaders, senior executives and ERG's to ensure inclusion approaches are integrated and incorporated into hiring practices and decision making.
+ Design, test, measure, and lead new approaches to attracting diverse slates. Educate and empower the entire team with best practices for building diverse pipelines.
+ Conduct research and analysis to provide D&I insight and drive decisions. Benchmark D&I talent best practices to monitor and evaluate talent D&I progress.
+ Define and implement the next generation of metrics to measure the effectiveness of diversity recruitment initiatives.
+ Assess successes and opportunities through a regular cadence of meetings with key stakeholders
+ Partner to diversify talent pipelines and external / industry partners to source high caliber talent that reflect the communities we live in.
+ Continually evaluate external employer brand strength in underrepresented communities and work with the appropriate parties to build, enhance, and leverage brand to drive diversity recruiting goals.
+ Research and identify external diversity-focused organizations and build partnerships. Coordinate our attendance at events and conferences to create new, and solidify existing, diversity sourcing channels
+ Audit health and diversity of candidate pipelines and pivot attention where necessary to passively source and boost activity
**WHAT YOU NEED:**
+ 10 years of prior work experience required, preferably in HR, Talent Acquisition, Diversity/Inclusion or combination. Experience working in large global company with 15,000+ employees is required. Prior experience leading diversity recruiting in large global organization is preferred.
+ Bachelor's degree is required.
+ Current knowledge and understanding of D&I best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, selection, and engagement.
+ Ability to influence across multiple stakeholders, especially in areas where you don't have the authority
+ Strong candidate presentation skills; can present complex information in a clear, concise manner to cross-functional stakeholders.
+ An inherent sense of urgency to drive great results, while being precise in executing your work.
+ Capable of creating and communicating a clear project plan, tracking progress, and keeping your business partners in the loop along the way.
+ Think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions to new challenges, relying on your previous analytic work and experience to help guide you.

Prefer this role to be based in a US Stryker location, but open to remote work with increased travel.
