Senior Director, Transformation Delivery

+ Develop and implement performance infrastructure for performance management and governance across large-scale highly complex transformation workstreams to ensure superior execution and value delivery to the bottom line.
+ Lead and coach to change the mindsets and behaviors necessary to reach and sustain full potential
+ Drive program management and structure to initiate, execute, evaluate and support successful workstream execution.
+ Determine the forums needed to enable governance and facilitate meetings and workshops required to drive projects/programs
+ Monitor program risks and lead the development and execution of mitigation plans as necessary
+ Monitor project/program issues and support resolution as necessary
+ This position will make recommendations and drive complex decisions on high level components of programs and impact to other initiatives and the overall transformation strategy.
+ Partner with key stakeholders from all functional areas and leadership to ensure effective outcomes, change management, and communication.
+ Demonstrate commitment to building exceptional teams by seeking \"best in class\" talent, engaging them to solve challenging business issues, and driving for developmental experiences with the aim of developing the next generation of leaders
+ Responsible for working across multiple functional and business areas within the company
+ Stand up and drive the Transformation Delivery Office (TDO) governance and cadence with executive leadership and workstream owners.
+ Know the pipeline, value opportunity, and potential roadblocks
+ Understands the organization well and can eliminate roadblocks and/or proactively find individuals that can assist in eliminating roadblocks
+ Drives decision and actions - performance manages Workstream Leaders and Initiative Owners to meet deadlines
+ Ensure flawless and timely preparation of all materials for the weekly TDO meetings, including action tracking and coordinating
+ Owns GQO Transformation Portfolio Mgt System (i.e. MSPO) and champions its use at every step of the Transformation
+ Provide superior leadership to the team and mentorship to other PMO and Program Management leaders across the organization.
+ Bachelor's Degree in business, operations, engineering, finance or other relevant field of study. Master's Degree preferred.
+ PMP certification preferred
+ 15+ years of relevant experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
+ 10+ years of experience in operations management/leadership and/or project management.
+ Experience setting governance and building processes, structures, and teams in a PMO setting.
+ Proven track record of managing risk, schedules, budgets, and resources for highly complex and large-scale projects against set milestones with challenging deadlines.
+ Demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior business leaders.
+ Demonstrated ability to creating the global strategy around a program, driving through challenges to meet deadlines with demonstrated organizational skills, multi-tasking and creative problem-solving.
+ Demonstrated ability to build relationships that help achieve results and influence employees/managers at every level of the organization.
+ Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, influencing, verbal/written communication, analytical ability and presentation skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, motivate and influence others in a dynamic high-pressure environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex interpersonal and political issues.
+ Comfortable in learning new systems and new ways of thinking and acting (excellent problem solver)
