Who are we looking for?

Qualification needed

* Graduated from a top school in Engineering or Business
* Experience in Project Management in the Utility sector or similar role in others industries
* Analytical skills (minimum knowledge in Corporate Finance required)
* Tech savvy (interested in putting in place new tools to improve reporting & operational efficiency)
* Fluent in English
* Driving license
* Personal abilities: proactive, flexible, organized, autonomous, and reliable
* High-end PowerPoint and Excel skills (VBA/BI tools would be a plus)
* A knowledge or experience in the utility and/or energy sectors would be a plus
* The appointment will begin in June 2019

What will you be doing?

Job Description

* Business Development & Project Management
* Coordinate the Business Development initiatives of the Region
* Build reporting processes on Business Development, and implement relevant tools
* Coordinate with SUEZ Support Functions on the different growth initiatives (e.g. HR, engineering)
* Support implementation of operational initiatives (e.g. organizational changes, offers update)
* Monitor the Region projects status, by developing goal-oriented action plans
* Business Controlling & Reporting
* Consolidate Region monthly reporting
* Ensure accuracy, exhaustiveness and reliability of both operational and financial information
* Prepare business presentations for executive committees
* Implement tools in order to support & control operational activities
* Ad-hoc analysis & projects
* Work closely with operational managers to develop process improvements
* Prepare ad-hoc analysis & presentations according to the needs of the time
