Job Description: In this role, you will manage searches against a timeline and utilize experience setting benchmarks and metrics. You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. You will perform candidate generation, client/account management, prioritize your time in an extremely fast-paced environment, push back when needed, and provide amazing customer service.
REQUIRED SKILLS Recruitment Experience 5+ years candidate generation, recruiting or sourcing experience Bachelor's Degree
Required Skills: Metrics, need someone who has had a high req load 20-30 Not be coming from a manager roles, this person will be pipelining Self-critical, someone open to learning Autonomy
PREFERRED SKILLS Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations Public Sector Recruiting experience preferred. Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong mentoring skills preferred Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience a plus Meets/exceeds Client's leadership principles requirements for this role Meets/exceeds Client's functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
Notes from Intake Call: *DNC Manager* Team has had a lot of pull-forward hiring for 2020. October is 25% of req openings. Non-tech recruiters. Needs help building pipelines. Looking for someone who is hungry, someone okay with pipelining then progressing to req ownership
