Job Description Summary -Client is seeking an experienced, senior level Business Analyst Implementation Advisor to work on the Loyalty business within the Product organization, with the primary responsibility to drive product or client business requirements into use cases, epics, consumer journey maps, and user stories that are documented, reviewed and managed through launch, to implement new customers onto the platform, and to enable new features for existing customers. This position requires daily interaction with technical teams and clients to ensure Product features meet market or client demand, implementations are managed effectively, and ultimately increase revenue and Client satisfaction. Responsibilities -Identifies, researches, analyzes and writes business requirements to insure client and market needs are met. This includes working closely with clients and internal departments to clearly understand and address business problems and issues. Responsible for delivery of projects to the client andor internal organizations. This includes completion and approval of testing, user documentation, and blended learning plans. Insures business and system development methodologies are followed and continuously improved. This includes insuring clients and other departments actively participate in appropriate phases of the process, such as requirements definition and quality inspection of design documents. -This candidate should have relevant experience in digital applications, SaaS, Loyalty or Commerce related products and markets. The Loyalty Product organization supports new feature development or enhancements for Loyalty, Fulfillment, and Engagement products that support national and multi-national Retailers and Financial Services organizations. -The position is client facing and acts as the key collaborator across business, product, technical, and operational functional groups. The right candidate is self-driven, comfortable leading people, clients and large scale initiatives, is curious about technology and can drive to and manage scope. The role requires strong communication and organization skills and has a proven track record assessing, defining and executing on business requirements in an Agile development environment. The team is a small, hands-on, highly interactive group that supports each other for the collective benefit of our clients and is expected to work well in a fast paced environment. -Assess and translate product or client business requirements into use cases, epics, consumer journey maps, and user stories that are documented, reviewed and managed through launch. -Manages new client and existing client implementations, developing detailed requirements and testing plans with clients, identifying and addressing development and implementation issues as they arise, manage project scope, and deliver against aggressive implementation timelines. -Support and oversee testing and release of features or enhancements or integrations overseeing test planning and delivery -including positive and negative flows, acceptance criteria and test execution approval. -Owns the product feature delivery and scope, assesses options and makes decisions within an Agile environment including backlog grooming, daily stand ups, prioritization reviews, change management, work effort tracking management. -Feature definition documentation and implementation guides on new features or update material for enhancements -Produces and presents material for reviews that achieve understanding and alignment across business and technical teams within the client and the client's organizations -Lead internal and external workshops and meetings to achieve need -Manages multiple projects at the same time and provides ongoing status updates and planning of work effort, priorities and quantitative and qualitative KPIs. -Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner and assists in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules -Serves as SME on initiatives throughout and after the project, including supporting Training of new features -Position scope includes accurate and timely data delivery to internal customer base - business and senior managersdirectors) Reporting accuracy is of vital importance to our customer's business decisions. -Consumer Driven The individual will be expected to engage with clients during product development and client implementations, uncovering latent user needs and consulting on solutions that deliver value and drive adoption with user experiences that are straightforward and easy to use.
