Job Description
Our client is looking for a long-term contractor for a Desktop Support resource. Benefits are provided from the 31st day of the contract on.
This resource will be providing basic desktop support duties including resolving tickets over the phone and in person.
This resource will work with Active Directory, Windows OS, etc.
They would like this resource to have experience with Desktop Support, and the ability to troubleshoot standard PC issues.
This person will be the primary IT Support person at this site, supporting the call center and senior executives at this location.
