Our client has engaged TEKsystems to find 4 Help Desk Analysts to assist with their Active Directory migration project. The project consists of a team working to consolidate the different domains into one.

The helpdesk will be in charge of:
- being the first line of defense for users calling in with issues related to the Active Directory project
- escalating unresolved issues to the field and network teams if needed
- walking the users with issues related to their domain which usually are related to Outlook or MS Office programs.
- Other tasks as assigned.
