The Role:

Thasos Group is seeking a proven Commercial Real Estate (CRE) salesperson to execute all aspects of the direct sales cycle, including lead generation, revenue, contract negotiation, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will quickly attain expert-level knowledge of mobile phone location data, our platform/technology, products, clients, and other sources of \"alternative\" data.

In this role you'll be empowered to prospect, build relationships and close business with real estate developers, managers, and corporations. You will drive the entire sales process from prospecting through opportunity development, deal closure, and post-sale management, regularly reporting on performance assessments and forecasts.

Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience selling data products or services in the commercial real estate industry; direct relationships with real estate developers, managers, and corporations strongly preferred
* Strong track record of exceeding targets and scaling a business to maturity
* Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic start-up environment
* Deep understanding of data products, which may include data feeds, APIs, and analytics platforms; you understand data products and can articulate value proposition in a way that establishes credibility
* Deep understanding of the CRE space, specifically, how owner/operators of malls and other shopping centers can leverage geographic, demographic, and behavioral data on customers to optimize operations
* Experience with selling alternative data a plus
* Undergraduate degree; MBA or other graduate degree highly preferred
