Position Overview:The Sales Operations Manager will support the development of sales and operations strategy while understanding priorities and execute on operational plans. The goal is to optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing.Primary Job Responsibilities:Ensure sales operations policies/practices are reviewed/revised as technology and business conditions changeMake recommendations to enhance productivity, sales revenue and collaboration between HR, operations, salesPartner with IT teams to understand new capabilities available across our multiple systems and train sales representatives/managers to use these capabilities Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidanceApply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbersAbility to understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communicationAssist the sales operations manager in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales teams performanceDevelop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and operation leadership teamsProcess and Invoice ordersDispatch drivers as neededAbout Chefs Warehouse:The Chefs' Warehouse is a specialty food distributor that began sourcing products for high-end chefs over 30 years ago.
