This is supporting a Citrix Platinum Partner client. We're looking for 4-7 years of experience supporting and managing Citrix environments. Please respond with your resume and I will reach out ASAP.
Ability to work standard Monday through Friday business hours with occasional on-call afterhours support
Perform regular reviews and diagnosis of customer Citrix environments
Perform strategic assessments of Citrix environment
Provide technical documentation and recommendations through discovery
Internal escalation for troubleshooting XenApp, XenMobile, XenDesktop services
Design, build, maintain internal production and demo Citrix environments
Troubleshoot NetScaler related services and interaction
Administer XenApp servers. Publishing applications, troubleshooting user connection issues, maintaining and updating existing applications.
Provide root cause analysis of critical problems
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize simultaneous high visibility customer and internal escalations
Utilize VMware vSphere client and vCenter to proactively identify and resolve potential issues in a Virtualized Windows Server environment
Understand and troubleshoot Network traffic related issues.
Ability to document processes and assist in creating standardized procedures.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2, and 2012. Group Policy and Active Directory management.
Ability to troubleshoot provisioning services and vDisk updates
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team and customer IT contacts
5+ years of IT experience including IT services and support
4+ years of Windows administration
3+ years of Citrix / VMware / Microsoft virtualization experience is a must
Knowledge of network architectures and data communication protocols including: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Intermediate understanding of Firewall, VPN configuration, and switching
Hands on experience supporting storage technologies (NetApp, Nutanix, EqualLogic)
Industry Relevant Certification (CCA, CCP, CCE, VCP)
