Overview Tory Burch is seeking an individual with strong analytical skills for a key role within the Compensation & Benefits team responsible for ensuring competitive market positioning relative to compensation and rewards. Primary responsibility is to leverage market data and associated surveys to provide reward recommendations, collaborate with talent partners to understand market requirements, development and management of compensation processes, development and maintenance of job profiles. Additionally, this position will be the point person from the compensation team on the implementation of the advanced compensation module in Workday. Additional responsibilities include activity related to other compensation-based elements, such as: job evaluations; job codes; and ad hoc market research/analysis. This position requires an individual with strong initiative, accountability and ownership, who possesses the ability and interest in providing a quality work product and innovative recommendations for solutions and productivity improvements. Responsibilities Manage market survey vendor relationships, contracts, budget, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.Manage and execute market data end-to-end process, from collaborating with internal resources for the submission of accurate data; through retrieving, assessing and preparation of market survey results for use in analytical work related to compensation structures, merit increases and total rewards. Serve as the market survey subject matter expert in support of business objectives, researching and assessing survey vendors and data in support of business strategies.Act as the lead from the Compensation team for the implementation of the advanced compensation module in Workday.Research, analyze, develop, deploy, and administer global compensation plans and related pay elements. Develop, deploy and administer compensation plans that are fair, competitive, supportive of organizational strategies and compliant with company direction, local laws, pay equity or other statutory requirements. Conduct job evaluations, applying logic and consideration of overall team, peripheral organizations and overall strategy. Prepare various reports and related recommendations by utilizing disparate data and sources, and applying data analytics and logic. Drive process improvements based on business conditions and overall strategy. Management and execution of ad hoc projects related directly or indirectly to compensation, including, but not limited to: organization structure grading/pay analysis, structure analysis for specific grade/function requests, new structure/grade development and approvals. Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, HR or other related field. 5 - 7 years of experience with market data submissions/analysis related to compensation and rewards. Significant experience with a compensation module in an HRIS system (Workday preferred).Detail oriented with strong statistical/data analysis experience, inclusive of data modeling. Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to organize and review large volumes of data, identify key details and through strategic thinking and deductive reasoning, develop recommendations for change. Demonstrated strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Experience in project management, including ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under time constraints, managing to due dates and timelines, driving innovation to processes and programs that lead to productivity improvements. Highly developed interpersonal skills including effective conflict resolution, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Results and detail oriented/driven, with strong analytical, organizational, and consultancy skills.
