Overview As part of our Product Management organization, you will focus on expanding our cloud-based serialization suite of applications focused on retail pharmacy, healthcare and patients. You will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams and customers, managing products from cradle to grave, justifying new product development investments, determining and documenting new product requirements, and facilitating product rollout. Responsibilities Work with business managers, development, services and other product managers to determine solutions for customer use cases Review proposed solutions with product managers of the various application suites to ensure alignment with product direction and roadmap Investigate customer enhancement and feature requests Work with customers to understand new use cases for how they use or intend to use our product(s) Present product ideas and user interface designs to customers to garner feedback Define product features and functions, and work closely with User Experience team on product UI design mockups Insure product roadmap is prioritized and aligned with corporate and department goals Provide product requirement definition for both onshore and offshore development teams Create and document product requirements and use cases Write functional specifications and user stories to support enhancement requests and new features across a wide range of products Serve as the voice of the customer during product design sessions Conduct design reviews of use cases and user interface designs with Development, QA, Professional Services and other internal stakeholders Participate in scheduling, coordinating and planning product development releases with Development, Quality, Services, and Program Management Work closely with Development and QA to resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle Review and accept user stories upon completion of development and testing Serve as product expert; provide secondary support to Sales and Professional Services Work with Marketing to contribute to creation of marketing materials and messaging Provide demos and presentations to various stakeholders (e.g. Services) and customers Support transition of new applications and enhancements to existing applications to services and support Participate in bug triage and prioritization Up to 10% travelrequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering management, Information Systems Management 5+ years of experience as a product manager or business analyst Experience with creating and enhancing mobile applications Software company experience where SaaS and/or cloud deployment environments are used Desirable Supply chain experience - retail pharmacy, hospital, clinics and patients Experience building solutions geared towards companies in the Healthcare sector Retail pharmacy, hospital systems and integration knowledge for data capture Demonstrated success defining and launching products with a hands-on willingness to achieve success Understanding of HIPAA legislation Serialization knowledge (ideally for pharmaceutical industry) Knowledge of Agile processes and procedures Experience with API management platforms Apply for this job onlineEmail this job to a friend Share on your newsfeed Application FAQs 2019-1563Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
