TraceLink, the leader in product serialization and track and trace compliance, is building the operating platform that will power the digital transformation of the healthcare industry. Our opportunity is to leverage our massive digital supply network and the data lake of billions of data points related to pharmaceutical product flows that we currently capture and develop solutions powered by advanced orchestration analytics to help our customers re-engineer their supply chain processes. We are looking for a leader to develop new go-to-market strategies and marketing approaches, as we move from a need based to a value based selling model. The VP will design new integrated approaches to market and sell to our SaaS software solutions to our large install base of healthcare customers.
Design break through marketing campaigns that help our customers understand the power of their serialization investment Provide consultation and guidance to the team and be the direct contact to our sales and SDR teams, to help them bring our message to life Follow trends and learnings about the competitive landscape Maintain a keen awareness of the competitive space and stay on top of emerging trends, making you an effective teacher and trustworthy industry expert Analyze and optimize the marketing funnel Identify bottlenecks and think of creative ideas on process improvement. Track how the funnel improves as your ideas come to life Network with peers and stay abreast of the latest marketing advances. Be a constant source of new ideas and new technologies that we can leverage to drive continuous improvement in our demand generation and selling efforts
10+ years experience in B2B software marketing Deep understanding of SaaS sales and sales cycles Highly skilled in the latest account-based marketing and product marketing strategies, techniques, and technologies. Ideally will have managed the transition to account-based marketing before Deep experience in healthcare and supply chain a plus Mastered the creation of sales enablement material and powerful collateral Skilled at designing Salesforce and Marketo systems to operate in an account-based marketing environment, and building plans and strategies Experience building dashboards to manage the business and requisite metrics to ensure success Previously delivered break through results with integrated campaigns that run across all marketing channels, from the web to events to direct mail Comfortable setting up a field marketing events, which will attract CIOs, as we are training the sales team on our competitive differentiators Able to set a course and have the team follow Can communicate how and why the organization needs to change and drive that change across marketing, sales, and customer service Identify talent and attract great candidates Nurture and develop team members to become future leaders in the business Can quickly change course to meet rapidly changing needs of the business Embraces teamwork and shared success Strong communication skills
