**Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Deep understanding of our products and their features and the ability to effectively communicate their value to our prospects, customers, employees, agents and partners.

+ Responsible for developing and implementing the Digital Adoption Strategy for Travelers' Personal Insurance Line

+ Leverage customer insights, data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement

+ Provide in-depth visibility and critical intel into the behavior and characteristics of our customer base, how these change over time, and what impact they have on our acquisition, renewal and retention

+ Enthusiasm for innovative trends in technology and a rich grasp of how they will influence customer behavior.

**Job Summary:**

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external partners to develop and execute cross-functional, holistic strategies focused on delivering both Digital & Mobile engagement as well as Paperless goals.

With customer insights and analytics as a guide, you will be a highly visible advocate for our digital-first strategy throughout the organization. Through influence, leadership and collaboration you will define objectives, develop and execute initiatives which deliver upon our engagement targets while providing a best in class Customer Experience.

**Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:**

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 7 years of project management experience preferred. 2 years of experience managing others and/or project teams preferred.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

High School diploma or equivalent required. 5 years of project management experience required.
