Manager, MDM Systems Team Technical Lead
**Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Demonstrate expert, hand-on technical knowledge of Master Data Management, environments and implementation (e.g. Informatica MDM, IDD, IDQ and IICS; Ab Initio; Talend; Teradata).
+ Significant relevant experience managing production support and operating processes for Master Data Management and related technologies; ability to triage and resolve ambiguous technical issues.
+ Expert in code deployment, asset configuration, and environment management
+ Demonstrable hands-on technical experience working with cloud computing technologies
+ Support the MDM agile release train's feature and component teams to develop and deliver data products and services by providing the tools, processes and framework for integrating their deliverables with the production MDM platform and ecosystem.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate across various audiences in both business and technical terms. Strong team player is a must.
+ Requires evening and weekend hours as necessary to support release/production activities.

**Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies:**
+ Extensive hands-on technical experience as an MDM developer/engineer specifically using Informatica products is critical.
+ Experience managing production support and/or testing team in a complex data management platform.
+ Experience working on Master Data Management platform of Informatica (Preferred), IBM or other vendors.
+ Experience in Agile Development methodology.
+ Experience working with relational database and NOSQL database.
+ Experience with Informatica PowerCenter platform is preferred. Experience with IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Service) is highly preferred.
+ Working knowledge deploying Java or JS applications on cloud platform.
+ Experience of following or managing CI/CD practice using UCD, Jenkins, Github, SVN.

As the MDM Systems Team Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in continued development of enterprise master data management products and services at Travelers. This incumbent will own production support, production operations, maintenance and technical support of the Enterprise MDM & Shared Data ecosystem at Travelers. This person will be the primary point of accountability to ensure the asset's technical stability and availability to enterprise consumers. The systems teams are currently responsible for: DevOps, Release Management, Integration and End-to-End testing, Production Support and Production Operations.
**Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
+ 5+ years of technology or business-related experience preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent required. 3 years of technology or business related experience required.
