+ Demonstrate expert, hand-on quality assurance experience with Master Data Management products and services implementation.
+ Significant relevant experience supporting an operationalized data asset from a quality assurance perspective.
+ Support the MDM agile release train's feature and component teams to develop and deliver data products and services by providing the tools, processes and framework for integration, end-to-end, performance and customer acceptance testing.
+ Oversee the creation of test automation for technical features and integration of test automation to DevOps process to support CI/CD.
+ Experiences with testing batch, near real-time and real-time data services
+ Experiences with testing cloud computing solutions, particularly regarding the conversion from on-premise to cloud-based solutions.
+ Tracks, reports-on, and works towards improvement of quality assurance metrics, tools, and processes.

As the MDM Assurance Lead, you will play a critical role in continued development of enterprise master data management products and services at Travelers. This incumbent will own agile quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure stability and high availability of the Enterprise MDM & Shared Data ecosystem at Travelers. This person will be the primary point of accountability for integration, end-to-end, performance and customer acceptance testing for enterprise MDM data products and services created by feature development teams on our agile release train.

**Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle of software development or methodology using Agile Scrum/Kanban etc., requirements analysis, design, development, testing and implementation
