Job Description:

The Trade Success Manager is responsible for being a subject matter expert on all aspects of the Trade product set and operational processes for internal and external customers, primarily focused on initial platform implementation, dealer performance and field support with an emphasis on adoption and churn reduction. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively manage a book of business and be flexible to business needs, while self-managing individual and team priorities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver the Trade service model with Client Success Managers, at scale, in the best interest of the customer
  • Cultivate successful working relationships with Inside and Field based Dealer Sales and Service personnel for advanced communications, training, service and support
  • Facilitate customer success criteria by working with Trade Implementation Specialist teams to proactively manage product installation and adoption, new features and updates and risk escalations
  • Manage retention of Dealers by delivering monthly reporting and analytics regarding product performance, account health, and best practices to in the context of their business goals and market trends
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for Dealers escalated issues; diagnose and resolve
  • Manage feedback from internal and external resources to improve products and services
  • Compile and share relevant reports, feedback and documentation of accounts with leadership
  • Serve as the conduit for product issues between Dealer Sales & Service and the TrueCar Trade Product Team
  • Provide accurate and complete documentation in Salesforce
  • Foster high standards and a great work environment within the team
  • Serve as an infield training resources to Client Success Teams, increasing understanding of the platform and developing service acumen

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of account management, training or related experience
  • Working knowledge of retail and wholesale automotive
  • Collect and Interpret Data for presentation purposes to Dealers
  • Ability to prepare, present and facilitate group meetings in-person or via webinar
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, such as, Salesforce
  • Sets, pursues and follows-through with achieving goals with a sense of urgency
  • Up to 80% travel required with the ability to travel by airplane or car including overnight trips to support assigned territory or book of business

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Automotive industry experience
