For more information, visit amobee.com or follow @amobeePosition Summary:Amobee's Senior Marketing Development Representative will work closely with the company's Marketing, Sales, and Account Management leaders to design and implement a best-in-class outbound demand-generation program and practice to pursue business leads for the company and the deliver them as a steady stream of qualified leads. An active participant in, and passionate student of, the Advertising Technology (adtech) industry, the individual in this role will:• Leverage an intimate knowledge of, and hands-on experience with, account-based marketing techniques, and buyer journey optimization in the adtech industry to create an outbound demand-generation program that delivers a steady flow of qualified leads• Build on the company's account target list and create a solution to streamline the process of researching and validating contact information for the right individuals in each account that fit Amobee's ideal customer profiles• In partnership with current Marketing team members, create compelling copy for email cadences and scripts for phone calls, and tailor marketing collateral to meet the program's needs• Assemble and optimize the company's marketing and sales automation technology solution / 'stack' for outbound demand-generation marketing to cost-efficiently educate, inspire, and enroll prospective clients in Amobee's suite of product offerings• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage another marketing development representative• Monitor, measure and optimize the program and all of its elements and reporting on its performance weekly.Finally, s/he will be a self-starter, professionally aggressive, well organized and motivated to succeed. We are looking for a solutions-oriented, process-driven closer.Responsibilities:In addition to the bullet's above, the person in this role will work closely wtih teammates to:• Research prospective target businesses on behalf of the company• Qualify inbound inquiries using outbound demand-gen approaches and systems• Identify, nurture and close opportunities with both new and returning customers through outbound reach and inbound inquiries• Reaching out to prospects that have previously expressed interest in the company via telephone, email, LinkedIn, etc.• Building a network of relevant connections in the field• Distribute qualified leads to the field rapidly and effectively• Improving existing relationships with smaller accounts to maximize value• Event support-Trade shows and Corp Events including lead follow up• Arranging demonstrations via webinar and face-to-face meetings• Booking meetings on behalf of senior executives• Logging lead, contact and competitive data in salesforce.com• Developing your understanding of client products and servicesRequirements:• College degree (BA / BS) in Marketing, Business, or a related field• Minimum of five years of similar outbound demand-generation work with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas required; highlight your proudest accomplishments and success• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills• Highly self-motivated; ambitious and driven• Experience in balancing high inbound/outbound call volumes• Exposure to value based selling methodologies is a plus• Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
