Position Summary: The Continuous Improvement Program Manager (CI Manager) is the champion of continuous improvement culture, methodology and best practices within the company. The CI manager will work with leadership across regions and branches to develop, implement and drive a company-wide Continuous Improvement program. The CI Manager will be a key project team member providing warehouse layout/design support, process and program technical writing and applicable subject matter expertise. The CI manager will collaborate at all levels to improve efficiency and accuracy of company processes. This position works under the guidance of and reports to the Vice President of Operations.

Responsibilities: Development and implementation of a company-wide continuous improvement program Lead, oversee and champion Continuous Improvement projects throughout the company Ensures the development of training in new methods of distribution, processing, service delivery, operational excellence and continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, problem solving, reactivity loop, DMAIC) Analyzes performance levels and determines best practices in terms value-added processes and distribution Confirm and support that a Continuous Improvement culture and level of knowledge is being developed and maintained at each site Ensure the sites utilize appropriate benchmarks for operations, processes and quality through the implementation and analysis of industrial and company specific KPIs Guide sites in the development and implementation of improvement plans and their follow-up Audits the processes, practices and know-how of the various sites in order to define improvement opportunities in collaboration with the local teams Maintain interface with Corporate and Branches and ensure KPI reporting and programs are being followed as prescribed Contribution to innovation by being a champion for implementation of new operations methods and processes Develop and maintain robust peer networking across the Company and externally to discover and implement new and novel ideas and technologies Primary lead for warehouse design and layout consistent with best practices (Lean, Value Stream and etc.) Primary technical writer for all operations related processes and procedures Demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to strong Sales and Customer support Other duties as may be assigned PandoLogic.
