SUMMARY

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective anddynamic Strategic Operations Project Manager to lead various multi-facetedprojects for the Dealer Services business line. This role will collaborate withinternal and external partners to support and lead projects focused onachieving strategic and necessary business objectives. Success will be measuredthrough strategic planning, analytical thinking, attention to detail, timemanagement, collaboration, and conflict resolution to successfully implementproject related tasks and meet timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participates in the identification, design,development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may begeneral or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and externalresources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with userneeds. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Managesperformance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

- 8 or more years of experience in project management activities.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

PREFERRED

- Comprehensive knowledge of consumer banking, specifically in the auto/dealer services area

- Demonstrated leadership skills.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Advanced knowledge of project management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Master's degree.
