Ultimate Staffing is seeking several Customer Service Representatives for upcoming positions with our clients in the La Jolla area. Candidates must be reliable, take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a professional attitude. Candidates will mostly be managing inbound and outbound phone calls communicating with customers in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate:
Must be able to foster a positive work environment and have good communication skills
Must be able to perform detail-oriented data entry in regard to customer's inquiries
Needs to be collaborative and able to work independently
Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Needs professional experience in an office or call center environment

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Typing 40 wpm or higher
Exceptional written or verbal communication
1+ years of customer service experience in an office or call center environment preferred
Associates degree preferred, but not required
