The Manhattan North office is looking for an experienced and driven individual to manage a large modernization project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Coordinating all contract activities from the project award stage to completion of the elevator and escalator installation * Providing a progress review of projects to ensure that contract documents are consistent with the required scope of the project * Communicating directly with contractors, owners, architects and designers concerning project design, preparations, and scheduling of installation for modernization * Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day management of modernization project and ensuring performance to estimate * Establishing performance and delivery criteria * Preparing project orders and coordinating ordering, * Enforcing deadlines, optimizing change order opportunities, and maximizing project cash coverage * This position will also have direct responsibility for the supervision and execution of field operations
* Minimum 5 years of elevator industry experience preferred * Must have a valid driver's license * Must possess strong communication and customer service skills
