And, when you contribute, you'll open doors for yourself that simply do not exist in any other organization, anywhere.Primary Responsibilities:* Provide administrative / data management support to the MLTC plan and MCO complex care population* Assist management team in the successful management and maintenance of operative case databases, timely and accurate input of information, and reporting / analysis regarding program trends* Serve as UAS (Uniform Assessment System) administrator, managing the plan's UAS case list, monitoring system access / IT and training requirements, performing file reconciliations and generating reports from system as directed by manager.* Support tracking, monitoring and reporting of operational / clinical performance improvement metrics* Work with reporting analysts to build and maintain various reports for LTC membership* Assist enrollment / eligibility unit with: Medicaid / Medicare eligibility verification, enrollment reporting, file reconciliation, referrals admin., application management and follow - up, recertification support, surplus re - budget requests, and HRA liaison activities* Assist with Maximus file submissions* Support resolution of enrollment issues related to Maximus R - file* Primary owner of mainstream roster for LTC reconciliation and reporting* Other duties as requiredRequired Qualifications:* High School Diploma / GED (or higher)* 2 years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems* Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)* Previous experience working within the Healthcare Industry* Working Knowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate with members and providersPreferred Qualifications:* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (or higher)* Experience working with Medicare and / or Medicaid ServicesCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
