URBNs newest brand Nuuly focuses on circular fashion and offers a subscription rental experience for womens apparel. Nuuly is in early stages and looks to quickly grow and evolve by being in tune with the customer and shifting dynamics of the retail industry.
Work directly with Nuulys leadership team to develop a customer-centric growth strategy and translate this strategy to a tactical project plan that broader team can execute against
Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative market research studies and analyze results
Distill research findings and balance against Nuulys core competencies and business objectives to translate insights to strategy
Partner with cross functional team members to ensure strategic vision is aligned with both URBN and customer objectives (including customer success, analytics, digital product, finance, and URBN corporate strategy)
Develop financial models to indicate viability of new features and offerings in partnership with finance team
Create detailed test plan for high priority strategic initiative(s) and own the execution of test
Develop thoughtful, compelling presentations for an executive audience
5+ years of work experience in corporate development, business development, strategic planning, management consulting, marketing or related fields
Industry experience in retail, apparel or other consumer-focused industries is a plus
Excellent researching, problem-solving and analytical skills, and sound business judgment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills
Self-starter; ability to adapt in a fluid environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelors Degree required; MBA or related Graduate Degree preferred.
