Job Description Analyze project portfolio metrics including financial, prioritization, and resource data to provide forecasts, resource capacity plans, portfolio scenario plans and recommendations allowing for optimized and balanced portfolio execution aligned with business priorities Guide and support the Project/Program Managers in the appropriate and accurate recording of project-related data to ensure effective and efficient project delivery. Formulate, recommend and implement strategies, policies and procedures to ensure optimized utilization of company human and capital resources. Develop, communicate and enforce governance standards across the portfolio; including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of portfolio deliverables to ensure alignment with overall portfolio goals and objectives. Prepare and distribute accurate, timely status reports, portfolio budgets, forecasts and other project-related data to ensure all stakeholders are informed as to overall portfolio status and enhance the decision-making process regarding portfolio human and financial capital investments Lead and coach projects leveraging Agile, waterfall, and other project management methodologies Qualifications 10+ years progressively challenging experience in Project Portfolio Management required, preferably in an IT or technical environment Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Economics, or Finance Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
