Job Description Our PMO team is looking for a new team member who desires to work in a team-oriented, creative environment while bringing their knowledge to the table in order to collaborate with other PMO team members on a regular basis. We are in a constant state of improvement and are looking for someone to enhance our growing PMO office! Do you have what it takes? What you will be doing: o Drive collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders o Work with Product teams as well as Executive Sponsor to create and drive projects based off of their roadmap o Coordinate, manage scope, timelines, budgets and stakeholder engagement o Liaison between all cross-functional teams o Keep project team informed of status: changes, risks, progress Qualifications Here is what you will need to know/have: o 3+ years of project/program management with cross-functional teams o Experience managing projects across a matrixed organization o Proven capability to resolve complex challenges o Risk mitigation experience o Diverse stakeholder intelligence o Confident, friendly problem-solver with the expectation that you are here to serve the business! o Ability to drive projects to completion with a proven history of doing so o Accountable o In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and environments o Confident personality that knows how to get things done with a smile.
