Job Description o Partner with HR and Payroll team to support PeopleSoft HRMS instances and other 3rd Party SaaS or ancillary solutions. o Work with Enterprise Risk and Compliance team to ensure developed solutions meet security/compliance guidelines/policies. o Research, analyze, design, develop and unit test application functionality on ISO's PeopleSoft HRMS systems. o Ensure design and development meet business requirements and functional specification. o Proactively analyze application performance, look for improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to management. o Work with minimal guidance on moderate to complex programming tasks. o Provide effective and timely technical support of PeopleSoft environment and application. o Provide timely, effective and professional status communication/reports in a clear and concise manner. o Proactively monitor and maintain data integrations to and from PeopleSoft and supported applications. o Create technical documentation including design porotype, technical specification, system and integration diagram, test plans, migration checklist/plan, cutover plans, incident reports etc. o Engage professionally and collaborate with business users, IT peers, and team members. o Adhere to SLA. Provide on-call and off-hour maintenance support as needed. o Follow internal standard operating procedures and protocols. Ensure each requirement is formally documented and Change Control process is followed. o Troubleshoot and fix issues affecting PeopleSoft applications with appropriate level of priority working with backend IT support and vendor as needed. o Collaborate with business users and other stakeholders to gather requirements and follow the standard software development life cycle. o Maintain code repository and version control consistently for each code/configuration change. Test rollback/back-out plan prior to each production migration. o Follow established application development standards and best practices. o Work on other duties as assigned. o Some travel as required. o Work with an offshore team Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. o Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in PeopleSoft application support and development. o Experience in PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 modules - Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, E-Pay, Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, Benefits Administration, eBenefits etc. o Proficient with PeopleSoft development tools version 8.53+ - Application Designer, Application Engine Component Interface, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, SQR, AWE, PeopleCode and Application Packages, SQL, Security etc. o Knowledge of Third-Party LMS, ATS and other satellite applications strongly preferred. o Working knowledge of Oracle DB on Unix and PeopleSoft PIA administration. o Must have knowledge on Tax Updates. o Experience utilizing PUM to apply application patches. o Ability to create technical documentation. o Knowledge of integrating PeopleSoft application with other third-party applications. leveraging integration technologies such as Electronic Data Interchange, Flat-Files, secure FTP, web services and PGP encryption. o Experience with SSO configurations is preferred. o Excellent problem-solving skills. o Must be detail-oriented and possess end-to-end solutions thinking o Ability to convey technical concepts/topics in a clear and concise manner to the non-technical audience. o Ability to remain agile and adjust priorities based on workload, management directives and customer demands. o Proficiency with Agile development techniques is a plus. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
