What you'll be doing...
You will be part of a small team of client delivery professionals, acting as a customer advocate building strategic relationships. You will assist in the delivery or services and support, maintain operational stability and ensure customer satisfaction.
Advocating for the deep understanding of systems, priorities and strategic direction.You will support the execution activities for service delivery and support including program compliance and contract deliverables:
* Apply a strong sense of ownership and the ability to balance independent execution of initiatives while driving results critical to the program.
* Assists team members with varying degrees of expertise and familiarizes them with contract requirements/deliverables and/or required standard operating guide updates.
* Responsible for service management, contract compliance, service level management and compliance supporting delivery of integrated services.
* Work through complex business challenges, internally and externally, with minimum supervision as well as collaborate in developing and implementing improvements to services.
* Serves as a client advocate across all assigned accounts, as well as seeks to add value thru proactive delivery of services.
* Provide transactional support for Program Management Office as required. i.e. track and provide regular metrics enabling a clear understanding of the status of assigned work
* Facilitate or participate in meetings - daily, monthly, quarterly, EOY, along with develop and maintain meeting schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads.
* Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders and coordinate with various departments.
* Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams.
* Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
* Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
* Four or more years of relevant work experience.
* Knowledge of project management techniques and familiarity with core concepts.
Even better if you have:
* A degree.
* Two or more years of project management or relevantexperience.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong with verbal and written communications.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
* Ability to manage and negotiate with required internal and external organizations.
* ITIL v3 certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of start date.
